You must be at least 21 years of age, purchasing on behalf of a business or institution, and you agree that you will not use our products for personal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or human or animal consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate these terms.

All products sold on this site are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use, and must not be used as drugs, cosmetics, food additives, household chemicals, or any other inappropriate application.

• All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
• Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and Klarna.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.

Delivery is fulfilled by UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is handed off to UPS or USPS and marked as accepted by the carrier, shipment completion and delivery are the carrier's responsibility.

All parcels are insured either through Route Package Protection (if purchased) or through the carrier's included or purchased insurance coverage. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend that the receiving party file the claim directly with Route or the carrier, as the recipient is responsible for receiving the goods.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including potential misuse, regulatory concerns, or supply limitations.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, and branding, is the property of EVO Labs Research and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

EVO LABS RESEARCH is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By providing your email address or mobile phone number on this site — including at sign-in, at checkout, or through any opt-in form — and by checking the age & terms confirmation box, you agree to receive marketing, transactional, and informational communications from EVO Labs Research. This includes emails and recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) about products, restocks, offers, and your account, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
