Payment Instructions
We accept Zelle, cryptocurrency, and ACH bank transfer. All payments are processed manually — your order ships once payment is confirmed.
How It Works
Place Your Order
Add products to your cart and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID and the total amount due.
Send Payment
Use your preferred payment method below. Include your Order ID in the payment note so we can match your payment to your order.
We Confirm & Ship
Once payment is verified (usually within 1–2 hours on business days), your order moves to processing and ships same day if confirmed before 2pm ET.
Receive Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use our Track Order page to follow your shipment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Zelle
- Open your bank's app or Zelle.com
- Send payment to: support@evolabsresearch.com
- In the memo/note field, enter your Order ID (e.g. EVO-10042)
- Send the exact amount shown in your order confirmation
Zelle transfers are typically instant for same-bank transactions, or within minutes for cross-bank.
Cryptocurrency
- After checkout, email support@evolabsresearch.com with your Order ID
- We will reply with our wallet address for your preferred coin (BTC, ETH, USDC)
- Send the USD equivalent of your order total
- Include your Order ID in the transaction memo if your wallet supports it
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC. Orders are held for 30 minutes while awaiting crypto confirmation.
ACH / Bank Transfer
- Available for orders over $500 — contact us to request bank details
- Standard ACH takes 1–3 business days to clear
- Include your Order ID as the payment reference
- We will hold your order until funds are confirmed
ACH is available for established wholesale customers and orders over $500.
