Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day from our Tampa, FL fulfillment center. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

You'll receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking number as soon as your label is generated.

Carriers

We ship via UPS and USPS. Most orders ship UPS Ground for cost-effective tracked delivery; expedited UPS Air and USPS Priority options are available at checkout. Tracking is provided for every order regardless of carrier.

Free Shipping

Orders over $250 ship free via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (carrier selected at our discretion based on destination). Expedited shipping upgrades on orders over $250 are available at a discounted rate.

Tracking

Live tracking is sent via email and SMS once your label is scanned by the carrier (typically within 4 hours of fulfillment). You can also look up any order at /track using your order number and email.

Packaging

All shipments use plain, unmarked outer boxes with no company branding, product names, or content disclosure visible on the exterior. Inner packaging is impact-protected and, where appropriate, cold-pack insulated to preserve material integrity during transit.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) research peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of standard ground transit. Heat-sensitive items (e.g. some growth-factor formulations) are shipped with ice packs and insulated liners at no additional cost.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, US territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and supported international destinations shown at checkout. International shipping is quoted live at checkout and may require customs review. We do not ship to PO Boxes for orders containing cold-chain materials (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes for these services).

International customers are responsible for any destination-country duties, taxes, import permits, or customs holds. Orders to addresses or jurisdictions we cannot service will be refunded in full - we'll email you within 1 business day of placing the order if there's an issue.

Restrictions — Research Materials

All products sold by EVO Labs Research are research chemicals intended for laboratory use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that materials will be used in a controlled laboratory setting. Materials are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any in-vivo application.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) orders that appear to be for non-research purposes, orders to addresses flagged for fraud, or orders to jurisdictions where the specific compound cannot be lawfully imported.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Any order issue — including damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items — must be reported to support@evolabsresearch.co within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. Please keep all products and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, and be ready to provide clear photographs of the product, vial, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label.

Once carrier tracking confirms a package as delivered, responsibility for securing the package transfers to the customer. Packages lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery are generally not eligible for a refund or replacement unless the order is covered by Route Package Protection, which can be added at checkout. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact support@evolabsresearch.coas soon as possible. We can update addresses before a label is generated. Once a label is printed, address changes incur the carrier's intercept/re-route fee (typically $15–$25) and may delay delivery by 1–2 business days.
